Charles has served as treasurer of PSF-Canada since 2004. He received his Bachelor of Pharmacy and a certificate in economics from the University of Laval in 2002 and completed an MBA at HEC in 2007. Charles is presently director of the professional services department for the Uniprix Group. In addition to balancing the budget for PSF-Canada, Charles hopes to one day participate in a PSF-Canada mission abroad . . .
